The SAP® Certified Application Associate – Procurement course will help you improve your SAP® Financial Accounting skills. You will take the official SAP® exam, and gain the SAP® Certified Application Associate – Procurement certification.

This will prove your understanding of the SAP® Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You'll learn about both SAP® Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Materials Management (MM). And you will become a SAP® Certified Application Associate, which demonstrates that you have the necessary skills for roles such as: SAP® Procurement consultant, project team member, analyst or trainer.

Prerequisites

The following are beneficial, though not necessary:

Experience of working with, or implementing, a SAP® Supply Chain Management / Materials Management - Procurement system or other enterprise procurement system
Understanding of materials management and procurement and the basic principles involved such as stock control and planning, purchasing, inventory management and invoice verification and purchase order recording processes
Understanding of the business processes involved in physical inventory management and goods movements processing
Familiarisation with stock transfer processes, vendor evaluation, purchasing processes and scheduling agreements
Familiarisation with materials valuation principles and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) and forecasting principles
Familiarisation with inventory reporting processes
